CRN’s Michael Jordan joins The Beachcomber

LOS ANGELES, CA - “What’s Cookin’ on Wine” host and Master Sommelier Michael Jordan announced today that he has joined the Ruby’s family as president of food and beverage of The Beachcomber in Crystal Cove and Malibu, CA.

Jordan will continue his role as co-host of the weekly radio program.  Previously, Jordan served as  general manager of Disney’s Napa Rose, and was the man responsible for the award-winning wine list and wine education program at the restaurant. He stepped down from the position last year to focus on his radio show and to start his own winery, Word Vineyards.

“You can expect some big changes on The Beachcomber’s beverage list,” said Jordan.  “I am really looking forward to expanding their current offering and implementing a wine education program for the staff.

“What’s Cookin’ on Wine” airs Monday nights at 6 p.m. PT and is syndicated on the CRN Digital Talk Radio network.   The show features the latest news on the world of wine, interviews with the top names in the food and wine industry and more.
