Bill Cullen has 40 years experience in senior management positions in Internet, cable television and cable advertising businesses.  In addition to serving as CEO of Txtstation Global Limited, he advises or serves as a board member to several early stage public and private companies. Bill was a founder and the first Chairman of Adlink, Los Angeles, and helped form the Los Angeles Marketing Council and has served as Chairman and a board member of numerous cable industry trade groups and organizations. He is also the recipient of several important industry leadership recognition awards among which was Marketing Executive of the Year.
