Michael Horn


This veteran broadcaster has been part of major market operations for more than 30 years. He is the founder and President of CRN Digital Talk and has helped to launch the careers of countless media celebrities.  In addition to being the President of Cable Radio Network, Mike works with Paul Stern to host the nation's premier daily food, wine and travel show, the "What's Cookin' Today" show.  He also has hosted CRN Digital's popular "PM Show" for years.

Horn’s experience in Los Angeles includes working at KBBQ and Alternative Rock/KROQ as News Director and later as on-air talent with KROQ’s original personalities Charlie Tuna, Sam Riddle, John Darren and Jay Stevens. Later Horn moved to KLAC Radio as Production Director and then to Country KFOX in Long Beach serving as on-air talent on the "Country Mike" show. 

Paul Stern

Vice-President of Operations

Paul Stern, Vice-President of Operations.  Mr Stern joined CRN in 1991.  He overseas all aspects of CRN's day to day operations, including scheduling, programming, and engineering of all six of CRN's digital talk channels.  Stern played a key part in CRN's transition form a cable audio service to a leading syndicator of news-talk programming.  Prior to CRN, Paul worked at LA's 50,000 watt news-talker KFI and the all-business KBLA.  At KFI, Stern worked news and traffic for Tom Leykis and Dr. Laura Schlesinger, while at the start up KBLA he handled the introduction of over $2 million in station upgrades and the hiring of a 30 person news team.  Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Northridge and is also a member of several organizations including the American Federation for Television and Recording Artists (AFTRA), and the Cable & Telecommunications Advertising and Marketing Society (CTAM).  He also participates in Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Jennifer Horn

VP of Sales & Marketing

Jennifer Horn has worked with CRN in various roles since 1994, including sales, marketing, promotions and accounting.  She currently is vice president of marketing and maintains affiliate and ad sales accounts.  Ms. Horn was named the Woman to Watch in 2001 by Women In Cable and Telecommunications and currently serves as the vice president of the organization.

Jennifer Horn is the Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Marketing for CRN Digital Talk Radio, the leading supplier of talk radio content.  Ms. Horn oversees all aspects of marketing, affiliate sales and public relations and is responsible for the growth and distribution of CRN’s six channels of content to cable television, the Internet and new technologies. 

Erik Hines

Production Director

Erik began his career in radio as an engineer\tech, and quickly rose to the ranks of Production Director\Technical Director. He currently oversees many of CRN's top rated shows and remote broadcasts. Erik enjoys playing guitar and writing music, and has produced soundtracks for commercials, independent films, and music groups. Erik is currently attending CSUN, double major in Music and Broadcasting.

Eric Horn


Eric Horn is the Controller for CRN Digital Talk Radio, the leading supplier of talk radio content.  Mr. Horn oversees all aspects of Accounting, Human Resources and Traffic.  Mr. Horn began his accounting career in 2004 when he joined CRN Digital Talk, at the time known as Cable Radio Networks as the traffic director.  He brought to the position an extensive knowledge of administration, accounting and HR. He then was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2006, and in 2007 became the Controller.

Sheila Gilmore


Sheila Gilmore is a marketing and advertising executive with over 22 years of experience including strategic planning, brand  and campaign management, creative services, direct response marketing, event planning, market research, product development, and database management.

Sheila began her cable career with Valley Cable in Los Angeles, CA and has moved onto hold positions of increasing responsibility in the marketing and sales, culminating with the launch of the Gilmore Group, a full-service marketing and advertising company specializing in integrated marketing solutions to a diverse roster of clients in the entertainment, corporate and non-profit industries.

Art Martinez

Producer/Production Engineer

Art Martinez is a Producer/Production Engineer for CRN Digital Talk Radio.  Martinez first got into radio in 1985 when he joined the Marine Corps. As a Field Radio Operator, Martinez went thru radio school in Twenty-Nine Palms, CA. After serving six years in the Marines with a tour of Desert Storm in 1991, Martinez was discharged and began attending the Academy of Radio Broadcasting in Huntington Beach, CA. After graduation, Martinez worked for KNWZ in Palm Desert, KMEN in Riverside and KRLA in Los Angeles.  Martinez was hired by CRN in 2007.  He currently oversees the production of CRN’s weekend programming lineup.
